John Knifton

John has been in the Real Estate Development and Consulting business since 1983. With a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a further degree in Construction Project Management from Fanshawe College, John has hands on experience in almost every single discipline of real estate development including Commercial Retail Shopping Centres, Recreational Sport and Resort Infrastructure projects, Hotel and Condominium Development, as well as Retirement and Long Term Care experience. John brings a high level of knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism to all real estate projects he is involved with.
